FOOD ASSISTANCE INFORMATION
St. Mary's food pantry provides emergency food assistance to clients who live in Boise zip codes 83702, 82703, 83706, & 83714, on a once-a-month basis. A typical family of four receives a 7 to 10-day supply of food. This food pack can be somewhat customized, accommodating personal food requirements.
Clients can come into our pantry during open hours and fill out registration forms to begin service. Forms are attached below, and can be viewed and printed off for your convienence. Bringing in forms already filled out will speed up our registration process.
IN ADDITION TO COMPLETED FORMS, WE ALSO REQUIRE:
- Photo ID for all adults in the household
- Proof of address for all adults in the household (car registration, official piece of mail, lease aggreement, etc.)
- ID for any children in the household (birth certificate, medical card, school ID, library card, etc.)
